Positive people management

This course tackles the sometimes challenging area of people management. As choir leaders, we are all ‘people managers’. How we interact with and direct our singers impacts their experience as singers and choir members, and ultimately determines the success of our choirs (no pressure!).

We designed this course in response to the many questions we get from members and followers about how to handle situations that arise in their choirs. Sometimes those are minor annoyances, sometimes they’re serious problems. These lessons will help you develop strategies that work for you and your choir, so you can create and choir-leading life you love.

The most important thing to remember is that we’re here to support you. Total Choir Resources was created to help and support choir leaders at every step of their journeys.
