Recruit and retain

This course takes you through the process of recruiting and retaining singers to your choir, and looks at the concept of a member ‘lifecycle’. The lessons are useful to choir leaders at every stage and offer a particular benefit to those just starting out.

When we start on our choir-leading journey, it’s very easy to feel that we just want to attract people, any people, to our choir! But with our choir ethos in mind, we want to attract the right people; those who will get the most out of our strengths as choir leaders, who will stick around, and who will help us to build a fantastic choir.
